Here is a bang-up farm being offered for lease in Montgomery County! To find the vast amount of deer sign I found during the dog days of summer when the underbrush is so heavy and thick is unusual. However, this lease boasted a ton of deer sign from considerable size rubs to heavily used deer trails. Here again, it is exceedingly difficult to show deer trails through a photo with the underbrush being so thick during the summer. But these deer trails are being so heavily used it was not difficult to show them through a picture. You have road access on the south side and northwest side giving you the ability to beat the wind. There is an internal trail system that leads through the farm from the northwest side, which will make it much easier to enter and exit your stand locations as quietly as possible. The property is made up of timber, old grown-up pasture ground, CRP, and water, everything you need to hold and grow mature bucks. Folks, this is a lease you do not want to miss if you are serious about having the opportunity to harvest a mature Illinois buck. When you are scrolling through the pictures it will give you somewhat of a snapshot of the deer sign, I was finding as I walked this farm. To be frank, I truly wish I could lease this farm myself.
