This hunting lease is leased and not available. 120 acres in Washington County. This is a DEER HUNTING LEASE ONLY. This gentle rolling property consists of mixed hardwoods, willows, marshy areas, cattails, crop ground, small pond, and old gravel pit. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. Tracks, trails, rubs, and beds were all spotted during my walk around. The location of this property and its proximity to larger pieces of timber and swampy areas to the northwest and southeast make this a great travel corridor for wandering bucks during the rut. Elevation changes on the property give great views of areas from above. The overgrown areas around the gravel pit are magnets for bedding areas. Several trails on the property can provide stealthy access to all areas of the farm. Mixed row crops on the property provide both food and cover for the local deer. The landowner lives on the property and will keep a watchful eye on it. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting-related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Food plots are a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where. The landowner also said he would allow camping with permission from him as to where. Respect all boundaries. The landowner would like a text from the hunters before coming to the property. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
