The landowner has kept hunters from hunting this property, land really hasn't been touched. He says there are some really nice deer that run the property too. Seen several bedding areas on the property that the deer seem to be using. Seen several tracks along with a few turkey tracks. Never seen any hog tracks if there are any. Live stream that runs the property so there is always going to be water source. Should make a great property for a couple of hunters, or parent child hunt. Easy access to this property, right on the highway going to Ada, Oklahoma. The landowner said he could cut some trails with brush hog to move around on the property easier if needed. The landowner should be easy to work with, willing to make hunting enjoyable for whomever leases the property.

There is one donkey and two cows on the property.
