The timber is Burr and Red Oak, White Pine and various other types of trees mixed in. This area is Blueberry Country. Most of the farms are Blueberries or Fruit and this farm has 14 acres on the East side. Having so much soft and hard mast food is a great bonus for these big bucks that roam here. This property has a pond and there are various water sources in the immediate area.
Deer sign was super easy to find and this property holds a lot of Turkeys as well.
Excellent access right off the main road to the north side of the farm. Plenty of parking by the buildings. There is maintenance to do on the bushes and mowing at different times throughout the year. I would expect most of deer season to be quiet but you need to know that workers could be in fields and in the neighbors fields that border all this timber. Great landowner that occasionally will visit to check on the property. Requested that you text message anytime you visit "outside" of deer or turkey season. Also, a reminder text is recommended, sent to the owner, when you know the dates of deer and turkey season. Provide a list of vehicle descriptions before the season starts.
There is a campground I noted just 1 mile north of here if you travel from far away, and want to bring a RV.
