This is one of the first properties I have seen that consists of more hardwood trees than plantation pines. The property borders the beautiful Natchez Trace which is no hunting allowed, giving a good buffer area from other properties and providing a built in sanctuary for the deer to bed before coming to feed on the property. This tract of land has a very high potential for deer and turkey hunting. The property is located fairly close to the Pearl and Yockanookany Rivers and also has a creek running through. There is a powerline right away through some of the property. The landowner says it has been a very long time since this property has been hunted.
