I might add that the property has undergone a recent timber harvest, 2022-2-2023, a select cut, and is very nicely completed. The timber man is finishing up right now. I see a lot of timber cuts, and this man did it right. According to the sign I found while inspecting the property, there appears to be a good-sized deer herd. There are sections on the property that were not cut, as you will find. The property boasts around 65 acres of rotated crops annually. I found a bedding location on the north end that appears to belong to a group of bachelor bucks. You have the green light to groom your logging areas with food plots and maintain your open logging roads early on here. Now is the time to make this property exactly how you want it. It's mostly gentle terrain, but there may be a few drainages with a bit of steeper spots. Plenty of room exists to create a campsite for you and your crew. Big Sandy River is to the west of your property here.
