I walked and drove this beautiful Marshall County property. There is an abundant amount of timber and cover on this property. good ponds scattered around the property and live creeks. There were lots and lots of deer tracks covering the property and I saw several deer driving the timber. I also noticed several turkey tracks and spotted some hogs running the timber. There is good quail hunting on this property as well. The landowner states there have been several bob cats spotted in the wintertime and there is also good dove hunting around the ponds. The ponds should be great for fishing and waterfowl. This property will make some hunters a great place to harvest that nice southern Oklahoma whitetail. This will be a great year around lease for the avid hunter.
