These thirty-eight acres are a mix of timber, tillable, seasonal water, and thick trees. There are several nice areas on this farm where the deer are traveling through. When I pulled onto the gravel road there were two deer standing on the edge that jumped back into the timber. I had a bunch more pictures than you see, but I accidentally deleted them thinking they were from another farm I had already sent out. However, the aerial photo of this farm is not difficult to read on where you would hunt, especially where it is so secluded on the south side. The road on the north side can be driven about three quarters of the way, then you will need an ATV to take you to the far west side of the farm. The two green boxes within the area are homes. However, the one to the east looked completely abandoned to me. There was no one there and it certainly did not look habitable. This is a nice little lease for two people and because of the way it lies, it will feel much bigger than thirty-eight acres.
