This hunting lease is leased and not available. 92 acres in Manitowoc County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease only. This property has a mix of crop ground, hardwoods, and marshy type areas. This year the crops 2023 were winter wheat and alfalfa/clover mix. Lots of deer sign was present during my inspection. Heavy trails, rubs, beds, and tracks were all visible. Mature hardwoods mixed with a few cedar trees are adjacent to the crop fields. Behind the hardwoods area it transitions into a marshy type of terrain which is perfect bedding cover. There are several trails coming out of the marshy area leading to the crop fields which could be great ambush spots. On the far east side of the property there is a small area of timber that could hold a stand for different winds. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Don't damage any crops. Be respectful and aware of all boundaries. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. Camping is a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where to park. An electric hookup is also a possibility by talking with the landowner to work out the details. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps
