This county is Zone 3, and with that, there appear to be quite a few deer in this area of the county. Trails and other obvious deer sign is not a problem to see here. I found fresh rubs, a deer bed, and multiple red oak trees dropping acorns the deer are using at this time, see photos for that. The road into the property would be best accessed by ATV/UTV until the landowner can get the road fixed in the future, but you'll have no problem getting in here at all. The lease is 100% wooded and consists of mostly hardwoods and ridges that lay nicely. It should not only provide a great hunting experience for you it is beautiful to boot. I had a good signal with Verizon so running cell cams should not be an issue.
You have plenty of time before the rut to get it set up, right now. I parked at the blacktop end and walked the property with zero issues.
