This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40-acre turkey, archery, and muzzle loader deer hunting lease in Monroe County. Just south of Tomah lies this 40-acre hunting lease that is loaded with apple trees. A valley with two small springs runs along the western side of the property. Landowner plants crops on the tillable ground and pastures the timbered ground with horses. Examples of the horses are shown in the pictures in the listing. As you can see by the pictures, besides various types of trees and hundreds of apple trees, timbered acres are densely covered in various shrubs including multiflora rose.

A couple of notes regarding the aerial. The landowner built a house and barn on the southeastern corner of the property which is not shown on the aerial. Also, on the northwest corner some of the timber was cleared by the landowner, but aerial still shows that. Picture of that area on the property in the listings to show what it looks like now.

This is a turkey, archery deer and muzzle loader deer hunting lease. Landowner reserves the rifle deer hunting rights but rarely hunts more than opening day. The early archery deer hunting rights end the Sunday before the opening day of the rifle season. Camping for hunting-related activities is allowed with permission from the landowner. Use of ATV for hunting related purposes is also allowed. No food plots allowed due to landowner already planting the tillable ground and timber is pastured.
