This hunting lease is leased and not available. Finally, we have a Grayson County Virginia Farm available for lease! This property is awesome! It has a couple of old orchards, plenty of vegetation and cover. All the deer need! The sign was everywhere on this property. I found numerous slick trails with fresh tracks. Plenty of old rubs. Jumped several deer during my inspection of this property. I also found signs of turkeys and bear during my inspection.

The farm ground to the southwest of this property is owned by the same landowner. That tract is not hunted due to a farming lease and the farmer doesn't want hunters on it. So, this makes the property much better, knowing the joining tract isn't being hunted.

The property is split by a grave road with very little traffic. I was there close to 2 hours during my inspection and didn't see another car. A small opening is available on the north side of the road for camping. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
