This hunting lease is leased and not available.
What a sweet lease this will be. Within minutes of setting foot on this farm, I had enough material to list it for you. This 111-acre Carroll County Tennessee Hunting lease is torn up with deer traffic and it has the sign to prove it. I found at least twenty rubs all over the mostly wooded section of the three parcels that make up the lease. There will be crops rotated here, and that could be beans, corn, or cotton. It's in beans this year and they haven't yet been harvested. A timber harvest was completed a few years ago by one of the best in the business so getting around here isn't an issue. Look at the pictures for proof this is the place to be in Carroll County. I'm allowing for four since we have three parcels. There is a small pond on the wooded tract in the crop field with rubs waterside. I like the small hidden crop fields and they should be awesome for bow sets. I can't make them any better than this right here, so get it while you can.
