This rolling pasture looks like a great spot to catch a cruising buck this fall. With big woods to the north and west that spill over into this lease, I would imagine they will be attracted to the crop field on the east part of this property, or one of your feeders set up in one of the wooded draws.
Cattle will be on the property part of the year. During my inspection of the property, they paid us no attention and did not follow us around, so I don't see them being much of a factor (as long as you keep a good fence around your feeder). Even during this dry year there was still an abundance of tall grass and brush around the property for the wildlife to feel comfortable in.
The three ponds will provide water and could also be good to jump some ducks.
Access will be from the east.
Eighteen miles to Holton, Twenty miles to St. Marys.
