This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This looks like it should be a tremendous BOW HUNTING ONLY lease!
Located along the Solomon River in eastern Graham County, these 320 acres of secluded pasture looks like an incredible hunting spot. As you can tell from the aerial map, the river dissects the NW and NE corners. This is a shallow river, so getting across should not be an issue, especially this year (2023). There is ample cover along the river including thick brush and grass creating some excellent habitat for the wildlife.
About a 50' cliff runs north/ south in the SW corner of the property up until it meets the river. There is a fence along the east side of the cliff and up the river to the north side of the property. A gate is located on the north end.
The river on the east part of the property is also fenced off from the cattle.
Cattle will be on the property part of the year.
Access into the property from the SW will be up a dirt road along the edge of the crop fields.
Access into the property from the SE will be through the neighbor's driveway, and through two to four hot wire gates- depending on if cattle are in their winter feeding areas. Good communication will be important here.
The landowner requests basic communication.
***YOU MUST SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH LEASING AGENT BEFORE INSPECTING THE PROPERTY***
