It lays very nicely with a pond on the North-East corner, fields on both chunks of land and an over grown field to the South. Landowner reports multiple large deer seen in the fields this year, however it has not been hunted for quite some time. There are many areas where you are able to spot bucks crossing from field to hardwoods. There are multiple locations for stands enabling you to play the wind no matter what direction it is blowing from. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. The owner does live on the property.
