This hunting lease is leased and not available. 58 acres in Forest County. This is an all species hunting lease. This lease runs from August 1st through April 30th. This gentle rolling property has a good mix of habitat which includes hardwood ridges, tag alders, creek bottom, swampy areas, etc. The landowner has told me that there is a good supply of deer on the property. Some trails on the property will allow access to several areas of the property. There is a second entrance into the property that is gated and locked and it is an easement through the property for other landowners behind this property. I have an aerial view of it in the pictures. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related activities only when weather and ground conditions permit. Camping is allowed with permission from the landowner as to where. Respect all boundaries. The landowner has the property enrolled with "Hipcamp.com" which allows people to reserve this area to camp on a nightly basis which will be limited to the months of May, June, and July. The landowner would like initial contact from the hunters. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
