This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40 acres in Langlade County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease Only. This property is mostly pines, crop fields, and some hardwoods. There was a good amount of deer sign present during my inspection. Tracks, trails, rubs, and beds were all visible. The Landowner said that the crop for the upcoming season would be corn. There is a nice, mowed trail around the property on the south and east sides that can provide stealthy access to those areas of the lease. The landowner stated that he planted winter wheat on half of the south trail that should attract the deer. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Don't damage any crops. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. Respect all boundaries. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
