This hunting lease is leased and not available. 38 acres in Shawano County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease Only. This property has a mix of hardwoods, low lying areas, small lake, and crop ground. As you can see from the aerials the location of this property could be a good connector between larger sections of timber to the west and east. Lots of deer sign was present during my inspection including lots of rubs, several trails, scrapes, and beds. Several inside corners could make great ambush sites. Plenty of mature trees for stand locations. Crop ground is typically row crops. Was corn in 2023. The small lake will provide a good supply of water for the wildlife. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related activities only when weather and ground conditions permit. Don't damage any crops. Be respectful of all boundaries. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
