This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Property consists of lots and lots of hardwoods; some places are thick. The landowner and I drove this property during rifle season and saw several big bucks running the property. Lots of deer in the area with a good number on this property as well. There are clearings to hunt, but there is a lot of timber and cover too. There is a nice little cabin on the property that sits just above the watershed. The cabin is where you can plug in a generator and have electricity running.
There should be good waterfowl hunting on the watershed, I saw several geese and duck the day of inspection.
You CAN waterfowl hunt, BUT THERE IS (NO FISHING), YOU WILL LOSE THE LEASE IF CAUGHT FISHING ON THIS PROPERTY. (ALL FISHING RIGHTS), AND I MEAN (ALL FISHING RIGHTS) WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED AND ARE ONLY FOR LANDOWNER OR HIS SON. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
There is an entrance on the westside and eastside of the property. It is easier to get around on the east side of the property, it is not as thick, but you can get around on the west side of the property in a side by side or a four-wheeler.
