This hunting lease is leased and not available. 157 Acres with 50 acres of native grasses (open field). The remainder is wooded (mixture of aspen, ash, and willow). Adjacent to thousands of acres of public land. Extensive trail system throughout-See attached map. Beaver pond and multiple manmade ponds. ducks, geese, grouse, deer, and bear are onsite. Landowners reserve the right to work on and alter the vegetation on the open field as they have a conservation easement on it that they are still working to meet the vegetation requirements.

ATV use will be allowed but only where and when it is dry. No creating ruts.

Camping will be allowed but limited to the immediate area at the north entrance off CR 27, Wildwood Rd. Contained campfires ok.

Creating small food plots (<.5 ac.) will be allowed but limited to within wooded areas (cannot till open field due to conservation easement in place). NOTE: THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED.
