This hunting lease is leased and not available. 214 acre Polk County deer and turkey hunting lease. I know our member hunters will sometimes read statements like, property is much better than what the aerial may appear to be. I have written statements like this in the past as well, but this property might top the list of those . I leased a property right across the road from this property several years ago before it got sold and the member hunters who leased it had great hunts with plenty of deer and some real trophy bucks take as well. I suspect, based off of the sign I saw during my inspection, that whoever leases this property could have similar success.

I do believe there are potential stand locations along almost the entire western side even though biggest sections of timber are primarily on the northwestern and southwestern sides. I suspect you will have some neighbors hunting on timbered ground that borders this lease mainly in the center portion along that western side, but I do believe that are still plenty of potential stand locations to support the max hunters listed on this lease.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Camping is allowed for hunting related activities at the address shown but be sure to not block access for agricultural purposes. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is also okay when weather and ground conditions allow. Be sure to not drive on any crops.
