This hunting lease is leased and not available. 156-acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Chippewa County. If one only looked at the aerial on this property without seeing it in person or looking at the other pictures I took during my inspection, you may wonder why Base Camp is listing a property that appears to be just open ground. Wow I was surprised when I pulled up to the property.

The entire eastern half of the property is dense CRP type vegetation along with other shrubs and trees. Hard to imagine this property not being a primary bedding area and home for wildlife. Couple that with the other half being in crops this should be a quality hunting lease. The northern edge of the property also contains a nice ATV access road and row of hardwood type trees.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Camping is allowed for hunting-related activities but cannot block access to any agricultural plantings or harvests. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is also okay when weather and ground conditions allow. Possible locations for food plots but those too cannot interfere with any agriculture already being done on property.
