This should be an excellent hunting lease!
Located along the Little Arkansas River corridor, this property has lots of diversity and really good habitat for wildlife. It is a bit difficult to tell from the aerial pics, but the SW corner of the property is an incredible bedding area. The previous owner cut down all the elm trees but didn't treat the stumps and now they have all sprouted back into 15' tall bushes!
Cattle will be on the property parts of the year, as it is mostly pasturing ground. The east field is planted to crops and cattle are allowed to graze on it at times.
The property in the middle of the south side does not belong to the owner- please do not bother them.
The L-shaped area on the aerial is being planted back to native grasses.
