Here is a nice-looking Gasconade County farm for lease (Deer only), in an area of Missouri where I do not get a lot of leases...Day of inspection there was fresh deer sign in the snow, and recently landowner has seen several deer up by his barn. Warm season grasses in the field and a lot of connecting woods will keep the deer tight and funneling though during the rut. There is a one room shell of a cabin that you are more than welcome to use. The cabin doesn't have electricity or water, but the landowner said he might have a small wood stove to place in the cabin. Also, if you finance, landowner can plant food plots for you, how great is that!
