Here is a great opportunity to hunt 2 properties in 1 lease. This lease consists of 30 acres of all woods and 32 acres of mostly cattle pasture that backs up to big woods to the north. This lease is only about 20 minutes from Summersville where all amenities can be found. Camping is acceptable on the west side of the 32-acre tract.

The 30 acre all wooded property has a good road system for easy access. Timber was thinned a number of years ago but plenty of mature timber remains with several oaks. I found several old scrapes and rubs on this tract. I also found some good trails. Put up a feeder or 2 on these roads and I am sure you will have some action.

The 32-acre tract is mostly cattle fields where cattle are rotated. It does back up to large woods to the north where I am sure the deer filter in from. This would be a good property to set and watch during gun season as the bucks are cruising. I did find droppings and tracks in the fields. So, the deer are feeding in these fields and the landowner does see deer frequently in the fields when he feeds the cattle.
