Here is an opportunity to pick up 2 parcels about 15 minutes apart in Fayette County West Virginia. The first tract has 77 acres with about 8 acres of woods on the south end in a draw. The rest is pasture or in the process of being put into pasture. The wood lot could be set up with a feeder and be a good funnel along the end of the property. I did find some trails entering the fields with tracks during my inspection.

The second parcel is 18 acres all wooded that leads to the top of a mountain. The property does have a rental on it, but an old logging road will give access without bothering the rental. Good trails and plenty of droppings on this parcel. Some oaks are present closer to the top of the tract.

Both tracts are very close to I-19 and about 20 minutes from Fayetteville or Summersville where all amenities can be found. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes. Camping will be on the 77-acre parcel.
