This hunting lease is pending and not available. Here is a solid Prince Edward County Virginia farm. The front fields are a mix of planted row crops and hay fields. The Woods on the east side of the creek are mature timber, have not been cut. The remaining 100 plus acres of woods are 20 plus years old. Some oaks spread out that are mast producing age. A Small field in the back of the property, once was the loading dock would be an excellent food plot location! I found signs of deer and turkey on this property. Numerous rubs of different sizes along with some scrapes from this past season. Turkey scratching of all different ages, I feel confident the spring season will be good here. The property is bordered by a cattle field to the north where a lot of deer seemed to be working into the woods to and from. Farms in this area don't last long!
