This is a deer hunting only Indiana lease that is sure to produce. Perry county has always been a good county for harvest numbers and quality. Access is easy with multiple entry points to get you to different parts of the property. I jumped about 10 deer off this farm the day of inspection and 3 of those were bucks. There are cattle that have access to about 30 acres of pasture on the southern part of the property. This does not hurt the deer hunting as the areas of timber and hay to the North do not have cattle. Deep wooded ravines, rolling pasture, thick timber and water will give the deer almost everything they need here. There is a pinch point created by fields and old fencing in the Northeast section of timber that will be killer during the rut. The timber on the adjoining property here has been heavily logged and is really thick. This farm will be killer all through November.
