With the rolling topography you can get some really long-range rifle shots here and be able to cover the entire farm from a few different setups. As an added bonus this farm adjoins 120 acres of walk-in only State land along the West side that you have the easiest access into. You can save yourself the half mile long walk and drag by using your ATV or e-bike to give you a huge advantage if you want to hunt the state land. The trails going in and out of the woods are beat down to mud in the back. The back Southwest section of field rolls down into a bottom and makes for an awesome archery set up above this.
