This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 64 acre property is made-up of two properties located in the town of Michie Tennessee Mcnairy County. The first property is off of a short dirt road that leads to a gated property that will be a great spot for a camper. The front part of the property is made up of 10-12 foot pines with raspberry bushes and thick brush. You can walk the West side of the property line and get to the back of the property easily. I saw many large deer in the middle and south side of the property when I inspected this property in February. There were lots of rubs and ground scrapes through out. The second property is 2-3 minutes away and is made up of oak trees. An ATV trail runs along the north side of the property. The owner states many nice deer have been taken off this lease by friends. There is a nice bedding area on the south west side of the property, owner has planted many oak trees on the property which are now 10�12 feet tall when I inspected February. Many deer trails found coming on to this property from the North.
