This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 123 acre property is located in the town of Michie Tennessee, Mcnairy County. The land is very nice and easy to walk. The property is loaded with large pines, large oaks and is surrounded by well maintained ATV trails. The only people that have hunted this property have been family members and close friends. I saw many large deer on the property when I inspected the property in February. The landowner lives on the road and will help out with anything you need, he is amazing and very easy to get along with. There is a spot next to his barn for a camper� (highlighted in yellow on the map). I found lots of very large rubs and many large ground scraps during my inspection. The landowner has many photos of nice bucks taken off the property. Plenty of thick areas to hold the deer. There is a nice stream that borders the property. This property is definitely in the top 10 that I have inspected in Tennessee so far!
