Farm has one main wood lot in the center and a lot of edge cover giving the deer ample bedding sites on this property. The crop field to the North is surrounded on 3 sides by the Dix River and is going to be a killer spot throughout the season. During Rifle season you will have a shot at any deer that may try to cross or come out into crop fields to feed. The crop fields and timber lay up above the river, so flooding is not an issue here. Easy access from different locations will allow you to play the wind when approaching stand sites. This could be a great farm to try and get a velvet buck. There is a rental house that is not easy to see on the aerial that is located on the property.
