This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a 12 month lease for all legal game species on 20 Acres located only 13 miles from St. Cloud, Mn and 3 miles from Foley, Mn. This parcel lies between two large woodlots, a swamp, hay field and scattered scrub brush with a 6 acre pollinator cover plot program which causes the deer to funnel through and take advantage of for bedding and food. The landowner has shot multiple mature bucks on a consistent basis with some great deer caught on trail camera. Hunters at times have seen upwards to 30 deer per sit. There is a constructed enclosed stand on property that will be ready for lessees to utilize. Turkeys are also present and were spotted on neighboring property on day of inspection. Reports are they roost in the woodlots nearby. The property line on southern boundary runs into the woods approx. 10-15 feet and allows some options for a portable stand placement or turkey blind location. Another 4-5 acres of the field is hayed by a local farmer. This property suits 1-2 hunters max for hunting at a time, however based on the intended use, a couple more hunters may be added to lease if this parcel is looking to be shared. This is a property that has everything set up in a great pinch point and only a short walk from the road approach. This parcel is in Mn deer hunting zone 221 which this last year was a 3 deer (1 buck only) limit. Buck/doe tags available to both resident/non-resident hunters over the counter. Turkey zone 508 with tags also available for residents/non-residents over the counter. Rain or shine, it's hunting time!
