This could be a great economical property for somebody interested in both deer and waterfowl.
There are two big ponds and several other smaller frog ponds that should all be good for ducks and geese. During my visit to the property, I jumped close to 50 ducks on the two bigger ponds.
Pretty much the entire property has scattered cedar trees growing on it, with a denser population in the SW corner. They do not show up well in the aerial pictures, but they are definitely on their way to taking over the property.
The hidden SW corner features quite a bit of tall grass, brush and cedars and could be a great spot for the deer. I kicked up two during my inspection of the property.
Access can be from the east or north sides.
Cattle will be on the property part of the year, and possibly into early December.
You are allowed to fence off feeders from the cattle.
