This hunting lease is leased and not available. I could not believe the amount of deer sign I encountered when walking this 75 acre hunting lease in Genesee County, MI. There were tracks and trails all over and I found several buck rubs. This property lays out great for deer and turkey hunting. The strip of woods and thicket on the South end of the property is nestled amongst crop fields, making for a great area to set up and hunt. The ponds and swampy area really diversify the property and provides a year-round water source for wildlife. The tree lines on the East and West side of the lease should make great spots to turkey hunt. This lease is open to deer and turkey hunting only. No camping is allowed on the property. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes but only when the crop fields and conditions allow. There may be times when you cannot get an ATV to the South end of the property.
