This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 52-acre property is located in the town of Williamstown Kentucky, Grant County. Access to the property is very easy; when you cross the railroad tracks, you enter the west side of the field. The property is around 50% woods and 50% overgrown field. The field at the back of the property is loaded with cedar trees, and I bumped quite a few deer out of them. I also saw plenty of turkeys on the back side of the property. The north side of the property has lots of oak trees and the deer were definitely feeding in here when I inspected the property in April. We just got this property from the railroad in March of 2024. I did find one ladder stand in the front of the property, but I did not find any other sign of anyone hunting the property. This is a great-looking property with huge potential and easy access.
