This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great looking and easy to hunt Southern Indiana farm. There's 40 acres of row crops and the remainder in really thick timber and grown-up fence lines. This farm was timbered hard about 10 years ago which has created some great daytime cover, browse and bedding habitat. I saw deer and turkey while I was inspecting this property. This is about as remote as you can get in Indiana, and it shows by the amount of wildlife that you will see here.

There is about 150' of elevation change throughout this farm. The crop fields are on the high ground and the timber and thickets all lay down below. There are a couple of different high points in the fields where you could cover most the farm with a couple of hunters. As remote as it is here, I believe that some all-day sits during rifle season could be very productive. This farm will be good from the first, to the last day of season. Farmer will be planting plant Soybeans for the 2024 season, which should make for some great early season hunts.
