This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is an excellent 86 acre tract that I couldn't be more excited to offer to you guys and gals. Clay County Alabama tracts are extremely hard to come by and this one is just the one for you. Excellent internal road network, fantastic timber diversity with large hardwood bottoms, tons of food plot locations, and a nice camping area with barn; this one is the complete package. This area is known for excellent quality deer and a very healthy turkey population. There is even a fall turkey season in this area!

This 86 acre tract is one of my favorites to have walked in quite some time. The expansive cleared lanes will make for endless food plot opportunities and the big hardwood pockets will be great this fall. I even jumped 4 deer during my walk!

Owners have agreed to allow temporary camping during hunting season. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. The property is located approximately 35 min from Oxford, Alabama.

*There is a barn utilized by the landowner at the northern most portion of the property. No use of this structure or camping near it will be allowed.
