This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here is a very unique 159-ac Monroe County Kentucky Hunting Lease. The property straddles a long valley that is almost 1 mile to the back with a good trail system to that area. The deer are funneling off the ridges above you and through the valley, where there is a lot of cover and browse. On the west side it appears your neighbor may be cropping their farm and that will benefit you in my opinion. A creek runs the entire valley, so no water issues here. It's very thick in much of the valley and trails were very evident as you can see in the provided pictures. I found quite a few rubs while looking at the property, and also bumped two does while looking around. I found a mineral site on the left side of the valley about halfway back that is being used but needs refreshing. You could camp out in the front field where you enter your lease, and it shouldn't hurt the hunting. There is an old cabin that once had power, (the landowner would like to restore it the cabin in the future possibly). We bumped a deer right if from of the cabin using the trail the runs past it.
