This area and property are familiar to us since we have other leases here. With that said here is 161 acres located on Meshack Creek, in Monroe County Kentucky. There are plenty of both deer and turkey in the area and I did see both while on the property. Flushed a big Tom from the woods up top. You have a large hay field near the front that I'm certain the deer use. There are two trails leading up and down the hill which is a little steep and I suggest ATV or UTV use to access, and I did so without a problem on both trails. You can hunt high or low here. Look at the photo's guys, I found a bunch of rubs up on top. Many are in the overgrown fields which sit next to the bigger mature timber and trials go every direction here it seems. I found a bunch of rubs and had to just stop taking pictures of them. This will make someone a very nice lease. You can't ask for a better landowner who is ready and willing to work with you here. With the hay fields being used I did not identify a place for a possible food plot, so bring your feeders instead. This is off-grid style hunting if you're also looking for peace and quiet. Excellent neighbors here as well.
