Listen up on this 86-ac Metcalfe County Hunting Lease, part of several premium farms we acquired for you from this great landowner. This was the first tract I looked at when I started my work and deer were blowing out of all the woods and sections that I walked. Look at the worn-out trails I photographed. This is hardwoods and cedars with rolling farmland that is easy to walk. There are both hay fields and crops on this one. Here is where you need to listen. The timbering began the first look, so I held it back and it was quickly and nicely completed. Before and after pics are available.
