This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 90-acre property is located in Dresden, Tennessee, Weakley County. This hunting lease is apron 30% field and 70% hardwoods. There is a CRP field on the SW side of the property. Easy road access on three sides and plenty of places to park. I found plenty of oaks that the deer and turkey were grubbing under. The fields had plenty of deer tracks all over them. This property has not been hunted much, and the landowner lives down the road. The fields were hay on the east side and corn on the west side when I inspected the property in early spring of 2024. Hardwoods had thicker bedding and open areas that would be great spots to catch the deer in the early season eating the acorns. Great property that will be amazing for whoever gets it.
