This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 25-acre lease is located in the town of Dresden, Tennessee, Weakley County. The property is made up of two fields. The one in the back is a great hidden spot that the deer are definitely comfortable in. You can not see the field from the main road, and a nice game trail is coming into the field on the NE side. When I inspected the property, the field was not planted, but the landowner told me it is rotated between corn and soybeans. There are plenty of trees around the fields for stands, and I did not find any stands on the property when I inspected it. The landowner reported that the only one hunting her properties is her son-in-law. This is a nice spot that has lots of potential. There are large fields to the south and to the east. Looks like deer are coming from the north. Access is from the south, and there is a place to park right off the main road just before you enter the property.
