This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a 38 acre hunting lease in Bay County, MI that offers diverse habitat on a smaller acreage property. The Northern end of the lease is a mix of swampy, thick woods with some drier areas of more mature timber. There are ponds on the property that will provide a year-round water source for wildlife. The Southern end of the tract is a crop field, which provides great edge habitat to set up and hunt deer and turkey coming out to feed. When I walked the property there were deer tracks all over the field edges and by the ponds. I kicked up a couple deer and group of turkeys as well, so there was definitely evidence of game using the property. This lease is open to deer and turkey hunting only. No camping is allowed on the property. ATV use is permitted for hunting purposes only, please stay off of the crop field.
