This hunting lease is leased and not available. This more or less 250-acre property is located in the town of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Whitley County. This is a very nice property made up of approximately. 80% woods and 20% fields. Once you enter the property from the north side, you have multiple fields to your left and right. There is a creek that winds down the north side of the property that will be difficult to cross if there is heavy rain. The fields were hay fields when I inspected them in the spring of 2024. The fields to the east seemed to be where the deer were most comfortable; I found multiple trails and lots of old rubs. The landowner reported that the previous hunter had food plots on the east side of the property. This property was not hunted last year, and the property was only hunted by one guy and his son from 2013-2022. There are many ATV trails winding through the hardwoods leading to the top of the south side of the property. I found many amazing spots on the trails for stands. There were many white oaks and nice thick areas to hold the deer. This hunting lease was easy to get around on, and the landowner was very nice and easy to talk to. There are no structures on this property.
