The property has a good access road that is graveled all the way to the creek. Creek runs the length of the property, and a road is on both sides of the creek giving good ATV access. An old loading dock can be used for parking or a camp setup if desired.

I found several trails and tracks from the deer using up and down the ridges leading to the creek bottom. Several oaks can be found near the tops of the ridges. ATVs and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only.
