This hunting lease is leased and not available.
120-acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Juneau County with cabin to stay in. Property has been in the family for 3 generations now, but interest in hunting by the family has been decreasing for several years now. According to the landowner they have always had great success on the property but as family members move further away and less interest by the younger members, it's time to offer property up for someone else to enjoy.
There is a very nice road that runs through the first 80 acres, then more of an ATV type trail through the northern 40 acres. Landowners have never planted food plots, but I saw several places that you could create them. I think food plots could be an incredible draw for the deer and turkeys on this hunting lease. With the success the landowners had harvesting deer in the past without food plots, one can only imagine how many more deer could call this property home with them.
Stays in the cabin for hunting related activities are included with the hunting lease. It can sleep up to 8, but lease is only for 6 people max. Propane is used to heat, cook and lights that whoever leases this should supply. It is not that often where I am able to include a place to stay in on a property, so this should be a big benefit to whoever leases the property. I also like that the cabin is on the very southern part of the lease and thus minimal if any impact on the wildlife you plan to hunt.
This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Food plots are allowed. Stays in cabin for hunting related activities are also included in the lease. Landowner would like to be contacted prior to your visits to the property. Family does not go to property very often but would like to be contacted so that to not disturb you when you are at the property.
