This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a 102-acre farm mostly all crops with a couple of fence rows just off Rush Creek. I know there is a lack of cover, but they shoot some giants in this area, and it has a good deer herd. A pop-up blind in the field during gun season could work wonders here. There is an organic farm to the north, and the property to the east was in tall grass at the time of my inspection. This is an affordable lease that could make a good back up property for a couple of hunters. Access will be a little tough until the crops come out. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping. Everything you need is 15-minutes away in Marysville. I get a lot of hunters just looking for anything in this area.
