This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is over a mile and a half long from North to South, has a mile of frontage along Brush Creek, over 200' of elevation change and all the right ingredients to hold big deer. I can see this farm as being a really good early season hot spot to kill a velvet buck. Farm is surrounded by big timber, and you have the water and food sources to draw them out. The 30-acre overgrown thicket located in the Northwest section is going to hold some deer. I jumped a whole flock of turkeys out of this the day of inspection and multiple groups of deer. This area is very remote and there's plenty of field that is not visible from any road. The deer will feel very comfortable coming out to feed. Brush Creek runs the entire length and should have bucks cruising it during the rut checking crossings. I really think this farm will be good from the beginning until the end of deer season, and turkey hunting should be great.
